FLIGHT - Nikki recently optioned a book dealing with a true story of a small boy who (with his family) took flight during the Holocaust. (With the help of the underground resistance and one particular Christian woman) The gentleman recently published his account. Nikki will be adapting it into a screenplay over the next year. Pray for the witness to this holocaust survivor (who does not yet know the Lord) as well as the adaptation of the script. SEE SYNOPSIS
UPCOMING PROJECTS and PARTNERSHIPS - We are currently looking at developing the right script for a low budget feature film that would be outreach oriented in the making of it, and also provide work opportunities for some of the believers in town. Please pray for this. Details will follow as things progress.
NIKKI's MOTHER MARSHA. She is Jewish and does not believe Jesus is the Messiah. Please pray for a revelation from the Lord and for her health

The outreach based commercial we are developing for use by congregations across the country. Pray for funds, creativity, anointing and broad distribution. Also, for timing. We have decided to delay this for now.

- Sherman and Ann Waxman - They are Jewish couple, talent managers who came to my summer seminar. Both have just come to faith in the Lord and been baptized. Pray for them to grow in Messiah and get a vision of ways the Lord can use their experience and talents for His Kingdom.
PRAY FOR THE FOLLOWING NON-BELIEVERS TO COME TO FAITH: (names are changed)
- RABBI'S COUSIN- During the holiday of Shavuot (feast of tabernacles) I was invited over to Rabbi A’s house for dinner with his other family and guests. The Rabbi went around the table introducing everyone. When he got to me, he said.”... and this is Nikki. She is a director/producer.” Then with a pleading look in his eyes, he continued, “She is a friend of the family because she agrees she wont try to convert me.” The moment he said that, the woman sitting next to me Mattie – a cousin of the Rabbis I think. Says. “Oh you are the one who goes to that messianic synagogue on Beverly? So.. how does that work? Do people pray to Jesus? Do you believe that Jesus is the messiah? I told her perhaps this was not the best time to discuss it and we traded cards.
I spoke with Mattie yesterday and we will be meeting for coffee and to answer some of her questions next week. Pray for this rather delicate meeting
- UPDATE ON 'MATTIE" 4/3: I met with "Mattie' twice so far. She continues to be curious. Please pray for her to continue to ask questions when we meet again.
- JULIE- A prominent theatre director who is agnostic. Nikki has shared with her expensively and she is amazingly interested in end time prohecy. She is open now to reading the Bible.
- SAMMY, a SONY exec who is now looking at The Case for Christ. He is a Jewish non-believer surrounded by 2 colleagues who work with him and are Jewish beleivers in Jesus. Pray that he will come to faith and make great decisions about which films to 'green light'
- UPDATE ON SAMMY 4/3 - 2 weeks ago I was at an all Christian dinner event with the guest speakers being the Producer of Invictus (a Christian) and other prominent believers in the industry I was shocked to see Sammy here. There were 2 other Jewish beleivers there in attendence that he was with and he got an earful of how the Lord is working in Hollywood. Thank you for your prayers. Will continue to pray that the Lord brings him into the kingdom.
- HOPPER, a TV set photographer who is searching. (Jewish, of course). I recently shared the gospel with him and his fiance. He is currently reading the materials I gave him. Pray the Lord opens his eyes
- JUDY - A Jewish music producer. 10+ years ago we prayed that God would give her a child. After years of trying, she got pregnant immediately. Now, Judy is seeking to find out if Jesus is true and she remembers this miracle. After meeting with her recently for a Bible study about the messiahship of Jesus, she is open to reading and seeking. Pray for her salvation.
- Jeff & Sam - Scientists. Jeff is a Jewish writer/producer with a science background who is an agnostic. Sam, also a scientist and an agnostic, is a fomer professor at Cal Tech. He is going into film now and beginning his USC grad studies this week. Both have been in ongoing dialogue about the existence of God and validity of scripture. Pray that the Lord will open their eyes.
- UPDATE ON JEFF - Jeff has recently notified me that he has read much of the Bible. Nikki gave him and has pages of 'sticky notes' throughout that he is ready to discuss. Pray for the ongiong dialogue that is about to ensue in answering his many questions)
- MARTIN , Off-Bwy Producer. Jewish. Started out hostile to the topic, but is now asking questions.
- UPDATE ON MARTIN was visiting out here in LA this week. I was dying to go see Liza Minelli at the Hollywood Bowl where tickets were a mere $12!, and thought this might be a perfect opportunity to invite MARTIN to attend with me. It was lots or fun, and then.. on the way home. MARTIN blurted out "Would it offend you if I asked you some questions about this Jesus stuff. What followed was a one hour study of messianic passages in scripture and a barrage of curious questions. Continue to pray for Mark. His father just passed and he is starting to ask questions about the meaning of life.
